	Crafting a Career Road Map - A blueprint for your career future

In a work landscape mired in economic woes and job insecurity, not having a career road map is a sure recipe for anxiety and worry. Do you know where your career is headed and have you ever planned for your career? It is never too soon or too late to start your career planning. This workshop helps you to learn the basics by introducing the key steps and tools available for crafting your career road map. You will also engage in activities and exercises to learn how to gather relevant information to write your personal career road map. Come meet like minded professionals and executives who are equally concerned about their careers; exchange views, network and learn from the experiences of one another. Dr Kamal Kant is an Adjunct Lecturer and Career Management Professional currently lecturing in management and career related courses at leading universities. Besides facilitating management development seminars and retreats, Kamal coaches individuals and executives. His articles on careers and coaching have appeared in The Straits Times and other professional and leisure magazines.
